Woven from pure virgin wool dyed and spun in the Outer Hebrides, Harris Tweed is still produced to the same exacting standards today as it always has been.

Around 140 highly skilled independent craftsmen and women, who weave on home looms, weave every single inch of ‘Harris Tweed’ that enters the market today, a tiny amount of weavers by modern standards!   All Harris Tweed that is woven is also monitored by The Harris Tweed Weavers Association, who keep a close eye on production and oversees the issue of the final Orb Mark as a guarantee of authenticity.

By law all Harris Tweed must be woven in this manner, meaning that when you buy a genuine Harris Tweed garment you really are buying something truly special and unique that will look good for years to come.

We can offer you an extensive range of traditionally woven, genuine Harris Tweed clothing and accessories for men and women at very reasonable prices!
